Yashraj Cabs – Toyota Innova Booking Terms & Conditions
- Local Booking (Within Mumbai):
- The base fare for Toyota Innova is INR 3540 (Inclusive GST) for 8 hours per day.
- After the initial 8 hours, an additional charge of Rs 180 per hour will be applied.
- Extra kilometers within Mumbai will be charged at Rs 17 per kilometer.
- Toll and parking charges are not included and will be added separately.
- Outstation Booking:
- For outstation travel, the charge is Rs 17 per kilometer.
- A maximum of 300 kilometers per day is allowed.
- An additional charge of Rs 400 per day will be applicable for outstation bookings.
- General Terms:
- The minimum booking duration is 8 hours per day.
- All bookings are subject to vehicle availability.
- Toll and parking charges are not included in the base fare and will be billed separately.
- Any extra hours beyond the initial 8 hours will be charged at Rs 180 per hour.
- Billing and Payments:
- Payments are accepted through various modes, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online transfers.
- A security deposit may be required for certain bookings, refundable upon compliance with the terms and conditions.
- Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee.
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
- Driver and Vehicle Responsibility:
- The driver will follow all traffic regulations and ensure a safe and comfortable journey.
- Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the booking period.
- Note:
- The terms and conditions are specific to Toyota Innova bookings.
- Rates are subject to change based on government regulations and fuel price fluctuations.
